According to The OWL at Purdue, the Modern Language Association is publishing a new edition of MLA Style Manual and Guide to Scholarly Publishing in April of 2009 with some pretty significant changes to its guidelines for Works Cited style entries. You can read about some of these changes on The OWL at Purdue website.
At ECC Library, we are in the process of updating our Works Cited and Bibliography Format tool to reflect these new changes. The updated version is schedule to go up this summer. In the meantime, please continue to use the orginal formating examples currently available on the library homepage under the link Works Cited and Bibliography Format.
